As part of the architectural survey of the Conventazzo a detailed photographic, photogrammetric and written description of the construction work was carried out. This was the basis for a structural analysis.

The photographic documentation of the Conventazzo was performed with a calibrated Nikon D1X digital SLR camera with 35mm lens, the photogrammetric analysis of the images was done with the programs Monobild and AutoCad2000. With Monobild plane rectifications were performed. The resulting orthophotos were connected the national coordinate system by using control pointsname.

In a further step from the orthophotos line drawings were generated by using AutoCad2000. This includes - in contrast to the orthophotos - always an interpretation of the reviewer. The drawings can be used for visualization of the used construction materials or the presentation of a construction sequence.
