p-XRF training sessions

 

In January 2024, first p-XRF training sessions took place. This time, they were designed specifically for young scientific researchers interested in archaeometry. The aim was to provide a foundational understanding and awareness of the potential and limitations of the method. This will enable participants to develop their own project ideas and practice using the devices.

In mid-2024, a small series of training sessions took place, this time focusing on experimental archaeology and pottery reconstruction.

More workshops are planned for the early 2025.
