Virtual Reality
VIAS is engaged in the development of virtual reality devices and applications for the reconstruction of prehistoric and historic sites and for the public presentations of cultural heritage in museums and exhibitions. VIAS is closely cooperating with the Institute for Computer Graphics, Technical University of Vienna and IMAGINATION Computer Services.
Latest research is focused on the development of Virtual Reality tools for the visualization and interpretation of integrated archaeological prospection data.
